1. Overview

Prima OTC Market is committed to full transparency and legal compliance. We process all lawful requests from competent authorities worldwide in strict accordance with our Terms of Service, Privay Policy, and applicable laws and regulations

2. Submission of Requests

Authorized law enforcement officers should submit formal requests via email to:
enforcement@primaotcmarket.com

- Please use your official department email address and include a brief cover letter on agency letterhead.
- Requests must cite the legal authority under which the information is sought.

3. Required Documentation

To ensure timely handling, please include:

  • Court Orders/Subpoenas: Copies of judicial orders, subpoenas, or warrants.
  • Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs): For cross-border matters, attach any MLAT or other international cooperation documentation.
  • Scope & Identifiers: Clearly specify the scope of the request and any relevant account identifiers, wallet addresses, or transaction hashes.

4. Response Procedure

  • Acknowledgment: We aim to acknowledge all valid requests within 48 hours. Please check your inbox—and your spam/junk folder—for our confirmation.
  • Review & Compliance: Our Legal and Compliance teams will review each request to confirm its validity and scope before disclosing any information.
Timely Delivery: Subject to legal review, we endeavour to provide the requested data as quickly as possible, typically within 10 business days of acknowledgment.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information exchanged in the course of law enforcement cooperation is handled with the highest degree of confidentiality and in compliance with data-protection regulations.
